Our community deserves the best guardians and servant leaders we can provide. This means our standards for entrance are necessarily high, beginning with the requirement of a 4-year college degree. This requirement alone places TPD in an elite group of 1% of police departments over 600 persons. However, if you are the best of the best, we will guide you to your sacred duty as a Tulsa Police Officer.
